What are the payment methods available?

Credit or Debit Card: You can easily pay using your Mastercard, Visa, Postepay, or American Express credit/debit card. To ensure the utmost security for our customers, we have partnered with the Stripe electronic platform for processing transactions securely.

PayPal: Another secure option is PayPal, where you can make payments by directly connecting to your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can also use PayPal as the intermediary for processing payments with your credit/debit card.

Both payment methods are designed to provide a safe and reliable payment experience for our valued customers.

Is it possible to request an invoice?

Absolutely! At the final stage of placing your order, you have the option to request an invoice by clicking on the “I need an invoice” button. Once selected, you can enter your VAT number, company name, and SDI code. With this information, we will promptly generate the invoice and send it to the SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) within a few days.

This process ensures that your invoice is correctly and efficiently processed, meeting all legal requirements. Should you need an invoice for your purchase, we have made it simple and convenient for you to obtain it.

When will I receive my package?

Assuming there are no unexpected events, ByHey Shop will handle your order within 5 business days after receiving it and confirming payment. Please note that during certain periods, there might be a slight delay in processing time due to supplier availability. Rest assured, we will do our best to fulfill your order promptly and efficiently.

How much is the shipping cost?

The delivery charges are 6.50 € if the shipment is within Italy, and for shipments to other European countries, the cost is 14 €. To offer more economical and efficient rates, we have partnered with WeLoco of Caramagna Piemonte, which may appear as the shipping provider on the packages you receive.

How can I get a refund?

ByHey’s products are custom-made and not kept in stock, which is why we cannot accommodate requests for product exchanges regarding size or color changes.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it at ByHey’s expense. To process a replacement, kindly provide us with clear photographs showcasing the defect.
